Delete Your Elasta SafeSip Account

Elasta SafeSip users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

To request account deletion:

1. Email elastasafesip@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request.”
2. Send the request from the email address associated with your Elasta SafeSip account.
3. Include your username or account email so we can identify your account.
4. After verification, Elasta SafeSip will process the deletion request and delete applicable account data, subject to any information we are legally required or permitted to retain.

Data that may be deleted:
Account/profile information, Community Board content associated with the account, app activity/history stored on our servers, and other personal data associated with the account, as applicable.

Data retention:
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
